Meet Ryder Mattingly

Growing up with my family owning a marina, boating has been a part of my life since day one. Being around the water taught me not just the ins and outs of boats, but also the lifestyle that comes with them.

While attending Towson University, I interned with Off The Hook Yacht Sales where I combined my background in boating with my interest in sales and marketing. The experience gave me hands-on exposure to the brokerage process and confirmed my passion for helping connect people with the right boat.
