Meet Conner Thompson

Conner’s passion for the water started in Ponte Vedra Beach, where he grew up fishing, diving, and developing a strong appreciation for marine conservation. He later moved to Fort Myers for college, where he immersed himself in the marine industry and began building his career.

With years of experience in boat trailer manufacturing and custom dock sales,  Conner brings a well-rounded, practical understanding of boating—from storage and transport to finding the perfect vessel to match a client’s lifestyle and home. His goal is to get more people out on the water to enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle the right way.

Conner is known for his relationship-first approach, offering concierge-level service whether you’re buying or selling now or years down the line. With a degree in Environmental Science, he’s also passionate about protecting the waters he loves. Outside of work, you’ll find him poling his skiff with his wife and their dog, Captain Glades.

For Conner, it’s all about boats, and the lasting relationships built along the way.
