The Blackfin 31, in my opinion, is the nicest express in the 30-38 foot range. Weighing in at close to 20,000 lbs with a 12 foot beam and a deep vee, it rides like a 40 footer! The owner has $300,000 invested in this boat since he purchased it in 2006. This is a two owner boat that shows like a 2012.
Twin Volvo 370 Diesel inboards that were rebuilt by Volvo in 2008 and now have 250 hours. The owner spent over $70,000 having these engines completely rebuilt and has a book full of service records. The owner has been in the US Coast Guard for 10 years and maintains the boat and engines with an open checkbook.
In 2007 the boat got a brand new hardtop when the old tower was removed. The hardtop is custom made for the boat and cost the owner over $10,000!
