1979 Aquasport 222 FULLY REBUILT in 2012
Fully restored in 2012 by Shipoke Custom Boatworks, this classic Aquasport is one of a kind!
This open platform is ideal for fishing; skinny enough to access back country waters, ideal for sight fishing, and suited to get you offshore on the right days! Also perfect for entertaining family/friends at the sandbar or on a sunset cruise.
Refit included but was not limited to:
The use of Lloyds certified Reichold laminating resins, FCI mat and stitched cloth, Coosa composite transom, USCG certified pour foam flotation in stringer grid, High quality Rule Tournament series Bilge and Livewell pumps, 316 cast stainless steel thru-hull fittings below the waterline, cast bronze clamshell and ball valves utilized on running surface thru-hull fittings, and more!
All composite materials, no wood left in the boat!
Repowered in 2012 with a 150HP Yamaha w/ 280 hours and maintained as expected, mounted on a portable-bracket
