Meet Connie Arias

Born and raised on the water — whether surfing, boating, fishing, or diving — it’s always been where I belong. I entered the yachting industry in 2015, working aboard mega yachts, running tenders, and delivering top level service to high end clientele. That experience sharpened my professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of vessels from both an operational and service perspective.

As much as I loved life on the water full-time, home was calling. In 2018, I returned to my hometown and launched a boat management company, which has grown into a trusted and successful business. Through managing vessels hands on, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in maintenance, performance, and the real world side of boat ownership.

I’m also proud to be Yellowfin’s first female ambassador, representing one of the most respected brands on the water and breaking ground for women in the marine industry.

Now, I’m expanding into brokerage combining my lifelong passion for the water, professional yachting background, and boat management expertise to help clients confidently buy and sell. I don’t just understand boats — I understand the lifestyle, the investment, and what it truly means to own one.
