Max LeMire

Meet Max LeMire

Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Max was introduced to boating at a young age and has been on the water ever since. His family has owned a boat for as long as he can remember, sparking a lifelong passion for the marine industry. Prior to joining the Off The Hook team, Max spent 10 years at the St. Michaels Marina, where he began working as a dockhand at just 14 years old. Through dedication and hands-on experience, he worked his way up to dockmaster and marketing manager before graduating high school. During his time there, Max’s knowledge of boats and marina operations continued to grow, ultimately leading him to follow his passion and become a yacht broker.
