The 37 slip Sawmill Point Marina offers gated entrances with all composite floating docks, WiFi, water, and 30 amp or 50 amp power at each slip, for boats up to 50’ LOA (please contact Cape Fear Marina for larger vessels). Included in the slip lease is access to the Sawmill Point river shack which includes the use of bathroom and shower facilities, laundry machines, grills, and a screened-in lounge.

The upriver location of Sawmill Point Marina is one of the best in Southeast North Carolina, offering walking access to restaurants via the Wilmington Riverwalk. The marina location is a gateway to the entertainment and attractions offered in Downtown Wilmington, minutes away.

A history rich in culture, our riverfront pinnacle is the USS North Carolina Battleship which overlooks the city. A short-15 minute drive takes you to Wrightsville Beach where you will find surfing, paddleboarding, kiteboarding, and a variety of other beach-based activities.

All slip rentals at Sawmill Point Marina begin on the 1st of the month, are prepaid, and non-refundable, pro-ration for partial months is not available.
